How do I place my order?
To place your order, follow these steps:
- Browse through our wide catalogue of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer our size chart) and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products to your cart)
- In ‘My cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order
- To proceed, you can either log into your existing RedChillies Shop account or simply continue as a ‘New User’ and create one
- Once this is all set, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, select the desired payment method, and confirm your order
How will I receive my Order?
We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
RedChillies is trying to get all its licensed products under one roof for its fans therefore there are multiple partners showcasing their respective products and will be shipping them through their own respective warehouses. Therefore if you have ordered products from more than one partner, you would receive individual parcels from each partner.
How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?
An email will be sent with your order information confirming your order and another email when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/ debit card and address details have been approved and verified. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive.
I tried placing my order using my Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?
- Please check your bank/ credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 10 business days

How should I check the status of my Order?
- You can always log in to your account using the ‘Login’ button on the top right and check the status of your order under ‘My Orders’.
- After your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email and SMS. Once we dispatch your shipment, you will again be notified via email and SMS. In case of any unusual event which delays your order shipment, you would receive a special update from our end
- If you still have apprehensions, write to us at email@example.com, and your issue will be addressed
What payment methods do you accept for international orders?
Currently we are not servicing international orders through the website, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card?
All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.
Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry keeping in mind the following:
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your internet connection is not disrupted in the process
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us on email@example.com
Do you have a Cash on Delivery (COD) option?
Yes, we do have a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for most pincodes in India for those which are not covered we will inform you and cancel the order. You will have to opt for prepaid. Irrespective of your order amount, an additional Rs. 50 will be added to your total if you choose the payment mode as Cash on Delivery (COD).

What is the shipping philosophy of REDCHILLIES Shop?
We promise our customers one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your order reaches you in a sound state.
What is the delivery time period?
Orders within India are delivered maximum within 7 - 8 working days but usually a lot earlier. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.
Please note: Orders of Mugs products will be shipped out 3-4 days after the order is placed as these products are made-to-order.
Do you apply any shipping charges?
Within India, RedChillies Shop provides Free Shipping. For shipping charges anywhere outside India, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you accept international orders?
Currently we do not accept international orders through the website, please write to us at email@example.com
RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY
RedChillies believes in providing its customers the best shopping experience in the best possible way. We have a flexible return & exchange policy where we offer you to place a request to return or exchange an item within 48 hours of the receipt of your order. Please go through our policies for further details.
If you choose to place a request for an exchange of an item/s due to a size issue, a wrong colour or a change in colour, we are glad to help you find the right exchange of your order with no extra cost.
- Exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
- Exchange can be done for size, colour with same pricing.
- For exchange, the customers are requested to send the images of the product (For Apparel the front and back images will be needed) on email to firstname.lastname@example.org, upon successful verification by our Quality team, the return will be initiated.
- The customer would be requested to return the original product in good condition with relevant product tags. Customer would be required to courier the items as per the address provided by our customer team.
- There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could have received a damaged, defective product/s that is not as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product please get in touch with our customer service team who will guide you on the process for the same and place the order on behalf of the customer. You could be requested to share the images of the product.
- In case the customer wishes to replace the product with another product category with a different pricing, the customer would be requested to place a new order for the particular product and a return request would be taken for the already delivered product which would then be refunded as per our refund policy.
The return process of a Product may be subject to additional terms depending on the nature and category of the Product.
Terms and Conditions For Our Return and Exchange Policy:
- Before accepting delivery of any Product, the Buyer shall reasonably ensure that the Product's packaging is not damaged or tampered.
- In case of receiving any damaged/defective product, the complaint should be logged with our customer care within 24 hours of the receipt of the order.
- Product should be returned unused along with the original packaging, price tag, label & Invoices
- Please email email@example.com request a return. Buyer shall be informed of the return address.
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
We do not allow cancellation except in the case of defective/damaged product (For Apparel the front and back images will be needed) on email to firstname.lastname@example.org, upon successful verification by our Quality team, the return will be initiated.
Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order mentioned below:
- Orders placed using a Debit/Credit card will be refunded by credit back to the Debit/Credit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
- Orders placed using net banking facility will be credited back to the bank account within 7days of raise the refund request and product reaching our warehouse in good condition.
- For any unforeseen circumstances if the product is not received by the customer, in such cases customers are requested to get back within 15 days of placing the order. Any claims made beyond this period will not be entertained.
Do you take Bulk Orders?
Yes, we do. You can mail us with your order at email@example.com . We can work out a cool discount for you depending on your quantity.

Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration?
If you register with us, you are inevitably getting subscribed to our newsletter. If you don't wish to receive our newsletter, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
What to do if I forgot my password?
Just click on 'Forgot Password' option and we will send password reset link on your email address registered with us.
I want to place an order but I don't want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?
Unfortunately, no. Because of the prevalent regulations, we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be replaced if your loved one faces any issues and would like to replace/ return the product(s).
Is there any trial then purchase option available?
Since we sell only on our online store, there is no trial and buy option available. However, in order to assist you in picking the right size, we have size chart with body measurements on our product pages. For any queries please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, unfortunately you cannot add any more products to your order.
